Your Acceptance of These Terms
Your continued use of this site signifies your assent to the Center for Health, Environment and Justice (CHEJ) Privacy Policy. 1. What information does Center for Health, Environment and Justice gather and track?
We collect only that information you email to us or send to us via the various forms on the website. Some information is gathered when you donate, sign-on to the BE SAFE platform, or sign up to receive email updates. During these processes, we ask for your name, group name, address, phone, and email. Only this information is required, although other information such as your issue areas of interest and whether you are currently working on an environmental health campaign is requested in order to be able to target our messages and customize your experience.
CHEJ employs a simple “count” system that tells us how many visits the site receives in a given period, but no identities or individually-identifiable information are gathered by this process.
Cookies/IP Address
CHEJ does not utilize “cookies” (small files that may be placed temporarily on your hard disk for record-keeping purposes) in connection with our websites, and users who have their cookies disabled will experience full functionality.

When you fill out a form on our site requesting technical support or information, we ask you for your personal information and other information necessary to answer your question or resolve your problem.
