Get Involved and Help Promote the Video

Here’s some simple and highly effective ways you can help spread the word about the video.  If you are able to help out in any way, please contact us and tell us about your efforts. Together we can fight for safe, healthy consumer products and a toxic-free future. 

Tell your friends and family
Send an e-mail to all of your friends and family about this funny spoof video.  You can use our Tell A Friend page to easily send a message. If you have an e-mail newsletter or are on any list-servs, consider sending out an announcement about Sam Suds.  Feel free to contact us for a sample e-mail announcement you can send.

Post a web banner or link on your website
Do you belong to an organization that has a website or blog?  Post a web banner or link to www.pvcfree.org You can download great web banners here featuring images from the video.

Pass out postcards and flyers
Print out posters and/or contact us for free postcards you can distribute in your community.  You can post them on bulletin boards or leave stacks for folks to pick up.  You can distribute them at meetings of organizations, bookstores, coffee shops, health food stores, farmers markets, yoga and wellness centers, restaurants, and any other public place you’re allowed to leave material behind.

Show Sam Suds at a house party, community meeting or other event
In addition to spreading the word online, individuals and groups can show Sam Suds at meetings, conferences, house parties, religious institutions, universities, coffee shops, concerts, film festivals, and other locations.  Contact us if you’d like to receive a free DVD of the video you can screen at an event in your community.  You might want to consider screening Sam Suds in conjunction with a viewing of the award-winning documentary, Blue Vinyl. We can send you educational literature that can be passed out at your event and are happy to brainstorm with you about how to organize a successful screening.
