This rubber ducky baby bathtub is made out of PVC. When we contacted Munchkin, Munchkin wrote that the bathtub, “is made of a material called Polyvinyl Chloride and there is no PVC in this product.”

Target sells many shower curtains out of PVC, such as this Isaac Mizrahi PVC shower curtain. Customers have repeatedly complained on Target’s website about strong chemical odors being released from vinyl curtains.
